PART 4- WFH LUNCH SERIES 🫶🏽15 MIN Inside Out Tapioca Omelette 🍳

This 15 minute inside out omelette is the perfect breakfast/light lunch meal idea as its super easy to put together and you have the creativity to change up the recipe and add different toppings! The added tapioca and golden brown cheese at the bottom adds an amazing texture to the omelette and has become a little bit of an addiction for me!


𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•3 flat tbsp Tapioca Flour •2 Eggs

•2 Slices of Ham

•10ml Milk

•5 Diced Cherry Tomatoes

•Handful of Cheddar Cheese


Additional- Rocket & Diced avocado, you can also add the Omelette into a wrap if you fancy a heavier meal or want something on the go!


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕

  1. Crack your eggs in a medium mixing bowl, add a splash of milk and whisk together.

  2. Next, dice your ham and cherry tomatoes and add into the eggs.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning and whisk in your tapioca flour.

  4. Heat your pan on a low heat and add a knob of butter, once melted sprinkle the handful of cheese covering the pan.

  5. Once the cheese begins to slighlty melt, pour in your egg mixture and place a lid on top for 2 minutes or until the cheese has turned golden brown.

  6. Flip over and cook for another minute and then plate up... it really is that simple!
