PART 6- WFH LUNCH SERIES 🫶🏽 Halloumi Sticks & Pomegranta Mayo 💓

Halloumi sticks are a luxury side to enjoy alongside any meal! They’re great as a snack and can also be the main character of any salad!



𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•1 Block of Halloumi

•Fresh Pomegranate

•5 tbsp Mayonnaise

•Seasonings- garlic, paprika, knorr seasoning, salt and pepper

•Cooking Oil


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕

1. Slice your halloumi into bite size sticks.

2. Add flour, garlic powder, knorr seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper into a bowl.

3. Coat your halloumi sticks and then dust if an excess.

4. Spray with cooking oil and place in the air fryer for around 5mins on both sides.

5. In a small bowl add 5tbsp of Mayo and crush a handful of pomegranates over it making sure to only use the juice.

6. Remove your halloumi sticks from the fryer and add them to a serving plate.

7. Drizzle some of that beautiful mayo over the sticks and then add some of your fresh pomegranate & enjoy!
