If you cut me open you would see I’m made of half tomato 😂🥹 But seriously.. this dish is my absolute favourite I may have made it every day for a week!
So delicious & with only 5 ingredients it’s super easy to make 🫶🏽
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•3 Tomatoes
•Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•Sourdough Loaf
•Salt, Garlic powder
Optional- mozzarella/burrata
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Slice your sourdough and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Place your slices in the air fryer or oven for 5 minutes on 200 degrees.
Whilst the bread is heating, wash and grate your tomatoes into a bowl. Make sure to discard the skin as we are only interested in the pulp!
Drizzle with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil, salt and garlic powder to taste! (traditionally you rub the toasted bread with a garlic clove but this is my cheat way)
Take your slices out the air fryer and spoon on your tomato mixture.
Optionally you can add some fresh slices of mozzarella, I like to cut mine into little heart shapes! 😋
Last step, drizzle with a little olive oil, add a pinch of salt and enjoy!
