PART 7- WFH LUNCH SERIES 🫶🏽 PAN CON TOMATE 🍅✨

If you cut me open you would see I’m made of half tomato 😂🥹 But seriously.. this dish is my absolute favourite I may have made it every day for a week!


So delicious & with only 5 ingredients it’s super easy to make 🫶🏽



𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•3 Tomatoes

•Extra Virgin Olive Oil

•Sourdough Loaf

•Salt, Garlic powder

Optional- mozzarella/burrata


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕

  1. Slice your sourdough and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Place your slices in the air fryer or oven for 5 minutes on 200 degrees.

  3. Whilst the bread is heating, wash and grate your tomatoes into a bowl. Make sure to discard the skin as we are only interested in the pulp!

  4. Drizzle with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil, salt and garlic powder to taste! (traditionally you rub the toasted bread with a garlic clove but this is my cheat way)

  5. Take your slices out the air fryer and spoon on your tomato mixture.

  6. Optionally you can add some fresh slices of mozzarella, I like to cut mine into little heart shapes! 😋

  7. Last step, drizzle with a little olive oil, add a pinch of salt and enjoy!
