Happy New Year Guys, hope this year is filled with lots of love, laughter & good food!!
Starting the new year with something a little different! Welcome to my āDinner Partyā series!! As weāre still in lockdown I thought it would be the perfect time to step up your canapĆ© game! I have put together some easy canapĆ©s for you to wow your guests with (when weāre finally allowed to) or even just to spice up your celebrations whilst at home!

šššš£šššššš„š¤ā£ā£
⢠x2 packets Smoked Salmon
⢠200g of Soft Cheese
⢠Fresh Chives
⢠2 tbsp Butter ā£ā£
⢠2 tsp Garlic Granules
⢠Salt & Pepper
⢠Squeeze of Lemon Juice
⢠Dill
⢠Mini Toasts or whatever bread you fancy!

Spoon out your cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl and cut up your chives (add to taste as Iām a huge chive lover & practically use the whole packet)
In a small bowl add in your butter and garlic granules and warm in the microwave.
When the butter has melted pour into your cream cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Next slice up your salmon and line them them up next to each other with a slight overlap before rolling into a rose. (Very hard to describe)
Spread your cream cheese mixture on to your mini toast and then add your salmon rose on top.
Finish off with some fresh dill and there you have a delicious canapƩ!
If you end up making these canapƩs then please send me pictures or tag me @Kellyskitchen9 on Instagram as I would love to see your version!
