Pt 5. Prawn Lettuce Wraps🍤🥬💓

These mini prawn cocktail lettuce wraps are delicious & mess free!

Pictured are cold water prawns, jumbo prawns, seafood sticks, cucumber, chives and the creamiest dressing!

They’re portioned out perfectly and can be picked up from the little stalk end😂

𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•250g Cold Water Baby Prawns

•150g Cooked Prawns

•1 packet of Seafood Sticks

•1/4 cucumber

•Twin pack Baby Gem Lettuce

•Ketchup

•Mayonnaise

•Lemon Juice

•Paprika

•Sriracha

•Avocado

•Mango (adds sweetness however is optional)

•Thyme & Chives for decorating


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕

  1. Rinse your prawns and place them in a large bowl.

  2. Next, quarter your cucumber and slice into little chunks.

  3. Half your avocado & mango and dice into bitesize chunks.

  4. Use scissors to cut up your crab sticks and place them into the bowl. (this will really help holding the shape together)

  5. For your sauce mix ketchup, mayonnaise, paprika, a squeeze of lemon juice and a little sriracha for added heat. (I add a couple drops as I can’t handle spice haha)

  6. Pour the sauce into the bowl and gently toss.

  7. Lastly, wash, dry and pull apart your lettuce leaves and start plating up.

  8. Spoon your filling on to the leaves and make sure the bigger prawns are placed on top. (do not overpack or your guests will not be able to pick them up)

  9. Chop some chives over the lettuce wraps and place your thyme in the gaps and edges of the plates.

  10. Serve these and enjoy!
