World Nutella Day 🍫❤️

Naturally that means finding a way to make Nutella the main component of your diet today😂
I’ll start off with the best french toast I’ve made by far! This Nutella stuffed Cinnamon & Sugar French Toast was restaurant worthy! By swapping my usual white bread to soft brioche, every bite was fluffy!

𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•1 Brioche Loaf
•3 Eggs
•1 Cup Milk
•1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or essence
•Cinnamon & Sugar
•Nutella
𝕋𝕠𝕡𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤- Strawberry, Blueberries & Golden Syrup
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Beat together the egg, milk & vanilla essence in a large dish.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a plate ready for dipping later on.
Slice your brioche loaf and keep it around 1 inch thick as it will deflate a little whilst you fry it.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to a hot pan and begin to dip the slice of bread into the egg, coating both sides and then straight into the pan until golden on one side.
Add a little more butter and flip over for around 3 minutes till golden.
Place the slice of bread on the plate of cinnamon and sugar and coat thoroughly.
Continue these steps for all slices of bread then in a bowl add some Nutella and melt until glossy.
Spread a generous amount of Nutella over your slice and then repeat for all slices.
You can stack them up or eat them separately! I definitely recommend adding some golden syrup alongside some fresh strawberries and blueberries as they all complement each other so well!
